today is valentine's day.

it's an extremely important day for the couples out there ;)
or to be more frank-the girls only, perhaps
but for us-the single ones ;D-it's no big deal, all we do is observe and discuss the matter among ourselves

i just can't figure out why some ppl are so desperate for valentine's presents.
they go sulky and pull a long face after the day is over and they have to return empty-handed. no red roses or sweet chocolates ; no cute and cuddly soft toys ;

all you have is a broken heart.

and for some ppl, it's no use pretending you're not crestfallen or depress.

secretly you wish to be like the popular ones who received presents

in my opinion, it's a day which helps you in noticing how certain ppl can be really ostentatious. =.=

yea i know it sounds really childish. but who cares??

it can be gross, disgusting or even scary (for some ppl) but hilarious at the same time
